We had been using the metal perforated tray/pans on the grill for cooking fish and vegetables but even when I bought the supposedly non-stick variety,they are fairly thin which is why you can get the grill lines to show and we've almost worn through one of them,metal tools are likely the cause,i've cut up a couple of the others in the box for some indoor use such as a glass pan I use for baking fish and another aluminum pan which i've always had difficulty cleaning

I put in my toaster oven and way even able to cut to size,the price is perfect,we cook so many things on these without the flame burning the food,much better than a basket
